A closed, 8-week, therapeutic group designed to help you build a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology.
Together, we’ll explore how digital habits are formed, why certain patterns feel so hard to break, and how attention, emotion, attachment, and nervous-system responses shape our relationship with screens. Through guided reflection, group dialogue, experiential exercises, and targeted psychoeducation, we’ll focus on rewiring digital habits—through awareness, compassion, and skill-building.
Each session gives you insider insight into how and why technology is engineered to be addictive—drawing from behavioral design, marketing psychology, and the persuasive strategies used across the tech world.
Led by Lex Irias, MS, LPCC, ADDC
As a former digital marketer turned addictions counselor, Lex spent over a decade helping startups design strategies that drive engagement and keep users on their platforms. Over time, she began asking deeper questions: Am I part of the problem? How is this shaping future generations? Who’s on the other side of this?
These questions guided her toward a Master’s in Clinical Behavioral Health and Addiction Counseling at MSU. Today, she merges her background in behavioral design and marketing with her clinical training to address technology addiction and maladaptive digital habits, bridging the gap between how tech is built and how humans behave.
Her therapeutic work is grounded in a blend of attachment theory, mindfulness and contemplative practices, Jungian concepts, developmental theories, IFS/Parts Work, and bioenergetics—offering a deeply integrative and human-centered approach to healing and growth.
Lex is also a yoga, mindfulness, and meditation instructor dedicated to making wellness and holistic health accessible.
Registration is limited to create an intimate, supportive environment where meaningful change can take root. Every gathering is crafted to deepen self-awareness, spark reflection, and highlight practical steps for immediate improvement.
